You will be notified of the terms and conditions of service for each post during the course of the recruitment and selection process. There are some variations amongst different service providers and under the arrangements for Local Management of Schools, the governors of schools and colleges are responsible for the determination of a number of policies within their own establishments.
The majority of staff are employed in accordance with the NJC for Local Government Services, as adopted by the County Council and set out in the Local Scheme of Conditions of Service.
